• Premium subscription costs €25 every 3 months.
• Payments processed via trusted providers (e.g., Stripe).
• No refunds. You can cancel anytime to avoid renewal.

5. Content Guidelines

Do not submit illegal, offensive, or infringing prompts. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion. By submitting, you grant us license to use your content on the platform.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to tamper with the service, share premium content unlawfully, use bots, or attempt unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without refund.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or security.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are handled in courts located in Oosterwolde.
